Welcome to GoldCPR LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using our CPR training web portal and mobile app (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

• The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GoldCPR LLC.
7. Termination
• We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
• If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GoldCPR LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, injury or death of people while you are performing CPR after training through our product, or loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software, and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms), even if GoldCPR LLC or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your use or inability to use the Service;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

GoldCPR LLC expressly disclaims any liability for any injury or death that may occur as a result of performing CPR by users trained through our product. Users acknowledge and agree that they assume full responsibility for the outcomes of any CPR performed after utilizing the training provided by our Service.

• Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
